Frequently asked questions
Does it include butane for the torch?+
No — for safe shipping, butane is not included (airlines prohibit it). Any standard butane refill from the supermarket or hardware store tops up the torch in seconds.
What wood flavours does it use?+
It comes with an assortment of natural wood chips such as oak, apple, cherry, hickory and more, so you can match the smoke to the drink and the mood.
Is it hard to use?+
Not at all. Load the chips, light with the torch, cover for a few seconds and pour. Full instructions are included, and most people master it on the first try.
Is it a good gift?+
It’s one of our most-gifted pieces — ideal for birthdays, Father’s Day, groomsmen, anniversaries, retirement and corporate gifting. It arrives gift-ready in a premium box.
How do I clean it?+
Wipe the smoker top and glasses after use; the glasses are hand-wash recommended to protect their clarity. Never immerse the torch in water.
Is it in stock and how fast is shipping?+
Yes — held for dispatch in Australia with free express shipping Australia-wide, fully tracked, typically 2–5 business days to metro areas.
What about warranty and returns?+
Backed by a 12-month warranty and our 30-day returns policy (free returns on faulty items). Our Australian support team will make anything that isn’t right, right.
