Track Your Order

Three ways to track your parcel — pick whichever is easiest.

1. Email tracking link

Every order receives an email the moment the shipping label is created. The tracking number is in that email — clicking it takes you straight to the carrier’s live tracking page.

2. Your account

If you checked out as a registered customer, log in at My Account and select the order to see tracking and delivery status.

3. Ask us

Lost the email? No problem. Send your order number to support@premiumgift.com.au and we will pull the tracking and reply within 4 hours during business hours.

If your tracking shows no movement for 24+ hours, that usually means the parcel is between facilities. After 48 hours of inactivity, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier and keep you updated.

Delivery delays

Weather events, carrier strikes, peak season backlog — all rare, all communicated proactively. If anything is going to materially affect your delivery date, we email you before you have to ask.
