These terms govern your use of premiumgift.com.au and any purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. premiumgift is operated by LUXE GIFTING GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 93 683 011 181), registered in Victoria, Australia.
1. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, harm or harass others, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
2. Product Information
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, prices, and availability. Colours may vary slightly from images. Specifications are accurate at time of listing — manufacturer changes may occur. In rare stock-out cases, we'll contact you to offer a substitute, refund, or back-order.
3. Pricing
All prices in AUD, include 10% GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors and refund within 24 hours.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we send the order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order — fraud-flagged, stock unavailability, pricing errors.
5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay, and Shop Pay. All processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment providers — we never store full card details.

To the extent permitted by law, premiumgift' liability for any claim is limited to replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price. This does not exclude or limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify premiumgift against any claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of any product (e.g. unsafe operation of gas gifts against manufacturer instructions).
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
12. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or website banner.
