Free standard shipping on every order, Australia-wide. We dispatch from Victoria the same business day for orders placed before 1pm AEST.

How long it takes

  • Metro VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, QLD: 2–5 business days
  • Metro WA, NT, TAS: 4–8 business days
  • Regional & remote areas: add 1–3 business days

Express & gift-deadline orders

Need it for a specific date? Email support@premiumgift.com.au with your order number and we will quote a guaranteed-delivery option (Express Post / next-business-day couriers where available).

Tracking your parcel

Every order ships with full tracking. You receive a tracking link by email the moment the label prints. If 24 hours pass without a movement update, it usually means the parcel is in transit between facilities — reach out and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.

All orders are sent in unbranded outer packaging with gift-ready presentation inside. Prices are never included on the packing slip.
