Orders & payment

How do I place an order? Add items to cart, head to checkout, choose your delivery and payment, done. No account required.

What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and Zip Pay.

Can I change my order after placing it? Yes if it has not shipped. Email us within 2 hours of ordering with your order number and the change.

Shipping

How long is delivery? 2–5 business days metro, 4–8 business days WA/NT/TAS. See Delivery for the full breakdown.

Is shipping free? Yes — free standard shipping on every order, Australia-wide.

Do you ship internationally? Not currently. We focus on serving Australian customers exceptionally well.

Returns & refunds

What is your returns policy? 30-day returns — free returns on faulty items, customer-funded returns for change-of-mind. See Returns Policy.

How do I start a return? Email support@premiumgift.com.au with your order number and reason. We respond within 4 hours.

Gifting

Do you wrap gifts? Every order ships gift-ready with no price tag inside. See Gift Wrapping.

Can I send straight to the recipient? Yes — use their address as shipping, yours as billing. We never include pricing in the parcel.
