Refund policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through premiumgift (operated by LUXE GIFTING GROUP PTY LTD, ABN 93 683 011 181). Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected by anything in this policy.
30-Day Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original sealed packaging.
- Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Faulty or Damaged on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery:
- We pay return shipping (we'll arrange a free pickup).
- You can choose: full refund (including original shipping), free replacement, or repair.
- Notify us within 7 days at support@premiumgift.com.au with photos and your order number.
Manufacturer Warranty
Each product carries the manufacturer's warranty — typically 12 months on the body, 24 months on burners (for premium gas gifts), varies by accessory. Length stated on each product page. As your retailer, premiumgift facilitates warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@premiumgift.com.au within 30 days of delivery (60 days for warranty claims).
- Include order number, item(s), reason, and photos for damage.
- We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Once received and inspected, refund or replacement is processed within 5 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing may take 3–10 additional business days to appear on your statement.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
