Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders shipped within Australia. By placing an order, you accept these terms. We ship Australia-wide only — no international shipping.

Where We Ship From

Orders ship from Australian distributor warehouses (primarily NSW and VIC) under partnership with our supplier network. No overseas shipping, no customs delays.

Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping on every order, no minimum spend. Express Shipping available at $15 flat rate for faster delivery. Some oversized items to remote postcodes may incur a freight surcharge — you'll be notified at checkout if applicable.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Standard:

  • Same-day dispatch on orders before 2pm AEST Mon–Fri
  • Metro: 2–4 business days
  • Regional: 4–7 business days

Express ($15):

  • Same-day dispatch on orders before 2pm AEST Mon–Fri
  • Metro: 1–2 business days
  • Regional: 2–4 business days

Heavy or oversized items (e.g. pellet smokers, large gas gifts, fire pits) may take an extra 1–3 days for white-glove freight handling.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch.

Address Changes

We cannot change the delivery address after dispatch. Contact us within 1 hour at support@premiumgift.com.au to update.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time before dispatch. After dispatch, refer to our Refund Policy.

Damaged Parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, refuse delivery from the courier where possible. Otherwise photograph the damage within 48 hours and email support@premiumgift.com.au. We'll arrange a free pickup and ship a replacement immediately, or refund in full.

Lost in Transit

Parcels are deemed lost if not delivered within 14 business days metro / 21 business days regional. Contact us — we lodge an investigation and arrange replacement or refund within 5 business days.

Important: Gas bottles cannot be safely shipped via standard freight. Pick up an empty bottle from any Bunnings, BCF, or service station and exchange for a full one (~$25–40).
