A sausage dog that stands on the bar and holds the whisky
A clear glass bottle in the shape of a standing dachshund, with floppy ears, a raised tail and a stopper in its head. Filled with whisky it turns amber all over.
GlassAbout 16.5cm tallAbout 15cm longStopper in the headWhisky, wine or spirits
Clear glass, sculpted in 3D, with a dark stopper at the neck.
The whole dog is the bottle
Body, legs, ears and tail are one piece of clear glass. Pour in the whisky and the dog fills out in amber, right down to the paws.
The neck rises from the top of the head and closes with a dark stopper.
Small enough for the shelf
It stands about 16.5cm tall, 15cm long and 7cm wide, so it fits on a bar cart, a sideboard or a bookshelf between the good glasses.
Christmas lunch in a Brisbane backyard
The ham's done, the cricket's on, and someone finally notices the sausage dog on the drinks table. By the time the pudding arrives it has been passed around twice and refilled once.
For whisky, wine or anything amber
Use it as a whisky decanter, a wine carafe or a bottle for any spirit you like to see through glass. Empty, it still makes a good ornament.
