A barrel you soak your feet in
It is a simple idea done in timber: a round wooden tub, banded like a small barrel, deep enough for warm water over the feet and ankles.
The wood is finished in lacquer, which gives it a soft sheen and a rich mid-brown colour.
About 31cm across, 25cm high
The tub is roomy enough for two adult feet side by side, with space for salts, petals or whatever goes in the water.
At around 25cm high it sits comfortably in front of an armchair or the end of the couch.
A strap to carry it
A stitched carry strap is fixed to each side with studs, so the tub moves easily from the bathroom to the lounge room and back.
Empty, it's a handsome thing to leave out. Full, carry it with two hands on the strap.
