How long until I see results?
Used as part of your daily routine, it is designed to help your skin look refreshed, smooth and cared for. Pigmentation work (sun spots, age spots) takes 6–8 weeks of consistent every-other-day use.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
The LED skincare and gentle warmth are safe for most sensitive skin types. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, or have recently had a cosmetic skin procedure, we recommend starting on the lowest intensity for 1–2 weeks and checking with your dermatologist if uncertain. Avoid the eye-area with the EMS mode if you have any retinal condition.
Which mode should I start with?
Day 1–7: Red Light mode every other day for 5 minutes. This builds tolerance and lets you read your skin's response. Week 2 onward: rotate based on need — Red for skin-smoothing, Blue for breakouts, Green for tone, EMS for sculpting. The included Quick-Start Card walks you through the 30-day starter rotation.
Can I use it after Botox or fillers?
Wait at least 2 weeks after Botox and 4 weeks after dermal fillers before using on the treated area. Once healed, gentle non-EMS modes (Red Light, Yellow, Sky Blue) are generally fine. EMS should be avoided directly over filler injection points — follow your injector's specific guidance.
How long does the battery last?
A full 2-hour USB-C charge gives approximately 14 days of every-other-day 12-minute use. The device auto-powers-off after each session to preserve charge. Charge overnight while you sleep.
