A border collie in long black and white fur, ready to be cuddled
A realistic plush collie about 26cm from nose to tail, made for the child who wants a dog and the grown-up who already loves one.
About 26cm nose to tailSoft plush, long furBlack and white markingsBrown eyes, button noseStanding pose
Soft plush with long black and white fur, brown eyes and a black button nose.
Markings that read as collie
The coat follows the breed: a black saddle and ears, a white blaze down the face, a full white ruff at the chest and a white tip on the tail.
The fur is long and thick, so it has the shaggy look of a working dog rather than a flat cartoon pup.
About 26cm, nose to tail
It is a sensible size: big enough to hug properly, small enough to carry around the house or tuck into a bed.
It stands on four legs, so it looks just as good on a bookshelf as it does in a pair of arms.
Brown eyes and a button nose
The face is where a plush dog lives or dies. This one has warm brown eyes and a black button nose set into a soft white muzzle.
It looks alert, the way a collie does when someone picks up the lead.
Christmas morning in Bendigo
Picture it under the tree on Christmas morning, the one present that gets carried from room to room before the wrapping is even cleared.
By lunchtime it has a name, a spot at the table and a seat in the car for the drive to Nan's.
For collie people, young and old
Plenty of these go to adults: someone whose dog is waiting at home, someone who grew up with a farm collie, someone who just likes a good-looking dog on the shelf.
It is a toy, but it is also a small portrait of a much-loved breed.

Can it stand up by itself?
Yes. It is made in a four-legged standing pose, so it sits upright on a shelf or table.
