We want you to love your gift. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — return postage is on us. Please email support@premiumgift.com.au with your order number and a photo within 30 days.

Returns within 30 days

If you'd like to return an item within 30 days, it must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping for these returns is the customer's responsibility. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Natural stone & handmade items

Our marble and onyx pieces are 100% natural and handcrafted — variation in colour, veining and tone is a feature of genuine stone and is not considered a fault.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
