Payment Methods
We make checkout easy. Pay with whichever method you prefer — we accept all major Australian payment options. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers, so your card details are never stored on our servers.
What We Accept

Security
Every payment is processed over an HTTPS-encrypted connection. We use:
- Shopify Payments (Stripe-powered) — PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
- 3D Secure authentication for card payments — adds an extra layer of fraud protection.
- Tokenisation — your card details are converted into a one-time token, never stored on our systems.
Currency
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.
Receipts & Tax Invoices
Every order receives a tax invoice via email immediately after purchase, showing GST broken out. The invoice is also accessible via your account at any time.
Failed Payments
If your payment is declined, you'll see an error message at checkout. Common reasons: incorrect CVV, insufficient funds, bank fraud-protection flag. Try a different card or contact your bank. We don't see why a payment was declined for privacy reasons.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time:
- Cards: 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 1–3 business days.
- Afterpay/Zip: 1–5 business days, then your scheduled instalments are adjusted.
